30-Day Return Window

At Thrivene, we want you to love what you purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Return Costs & Responsibility

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Customer is responsible for covering shipping costs
  • You are eligible for a full refund or free replacement
  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue

Changed Mind / Customer Preference

If you decide you no longer want the item:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable
  • A refund will be issued once the item is received and inspected

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
For size or preference changes, we recommend returning the item and placing a new order.
